01 - 2 large red bell peppers
02 - 2 large yellow bell peppers
03 - 2 large green bell peppers
→ Filling
04 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 2 tbsp sour cream
06 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
→ Garnish
10 - 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
11 - Fresh dill sprigs (optional)
# How To Make:
01 - Wash and dry the bell peppers. Remove the tops and bottoms, then slice each into wide, flat strips about ¾ inch wide. Reserve the most flexible strips for bow shaping.
02 - Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chives, parsley, and minced garlic in a bowl. Stir until smooth and season with salt and black pepper.
03 - Place a bell pepper strip flat and add a heaping teaspoon of filling at the center. Fold the ends toward the center to create two loops forming a bow. Secure with a thin strip of bell pepper or chive stem by wrapping and tucking underneath.
04 - Form bows with remaining strips and filling. Arrange the finished bows on a serving platter.
05 - Optionally, decorate with pomegranate seeds and fresh dill sprigs before serving.
