# Top Suggestions:

01 -
  • The contrast between salty crisp prosciutto and milky burrata creates the kind of flavor combination that makes your eyes go wide with the first bite
  • Its ready in twenty minutes but tastes like something from a fancy Italian restaurant without all the fuss
02 -
  • Burrata releases quite a bit of liquid when it melts, so don't be alarmed if you see some creamy liquid in the pan, that's completely normal and part of what makes this sandwich special
  • Pressing too hard while cooking will squeeze out all that glorious cheese filling, so use a gentle hand and let gravity do some of the work
03 -
  • Let the sandwiches rest for about a minute after cooking so the cheese sets slightly and doesn't pour out everywhere when you cut them
  • Use a serrated knife in a gentle sawing motion to cut through the sandwich without pulling out all the filling
