A playful stack of crackers, cheese, and vegetables with a tall, colorful presentation.
# What You’ll Need:
→ Crackers
01 - 20 rectangular whole-grain crackers
→ Cheese
02 - 8 slices cheddar cheese
03 - 8 slices Swiss cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese
→ Fruit & Vegetables
05 - 1 large cucumber
06 - 1 large carrot
07 - 1 yellow bell pepper
08 - 16 pitted black olives
→ Extras
09 - 8 fresh chive stems
# How To Make:
01 - Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Cut the cucumber into thin, long strips, the carrot into thin matchsticks, and slice the yellow bell pepper into thin strips.
02 - Place one cracker as the base and spread a thin layer of cream cheese on top.
03 - Layer one slice of cheddar cheese, a few cucumber strips, and a couple of carrot matchsticks on the cream cheese-spread cracker.
04 - Place another cracker on top. Spread a little more cream cheese, then add one slice of Swiss cheese, some bell pepper strips, and two olive slices.
05 - Continue alternating cheese and vegetables with crackers until a stack of five crackers is formed, creating a colorful and flavorful tower.
06 - Insert a chive stem along the side of the stack to replicate the giraffe's neck. Place one olive slice on top for the head and two small carrot pieces as ossicones (horns).
07 - Stabilize the stack with a toothpick if desired. Repeat the process to assemble four stacks.
08 - Serve immediately to maintain optimal texture and freshness.
