10 - 1/4 cup cucumber, diced or sliced
11 - 1/4 cup blue corn tortilla chips, crushed or blue food coloring

12 - Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# How To Make:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until smooth and spreadable.
02 - Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each cracker or rice cake.
03 - Place the crackers on a large serving platter in five interlocking rings to resemble the Olympic logo.
