# How To Make:
- Spread 1 tablespoon Nutella on four slices of brioche. Top each with another slice to create four sandwiches.
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until thoroughly combined.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each Nutella sandwich into the egg custard, coating both sides evenly without oversaturating the bread.
- Place sandwiches in the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and custard is set. Add remaining butter as needed between batches.
- Transfer to serving plates. Dust with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh berries, and drizzle with maple syrup or additional Nutella. Serve immediately while warm.
