02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - ½ tsp garlic powder
04 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
05 - ½ tsp salt

06 - 9 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil
08 - 2 tsp taco seasoning
09 - ¼ tsp salt

10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
12 - ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
13 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
14 - 1 small tomato, diced (optional)
15 - 1 small red onion, finely chopped (optional)

# How To Make:

01 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and allow it to reach temperature.
02 - Boil pasta in salted water, cooking for 2 minutes less than package instructions. Drain and dry completely.
03 - In a large bowl, combine pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt, tossing to coat evenly.
04 - Spread pasta in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crisp and golden. Transfer to a platter.
05 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, taco seasoning, and salt. Sauté for 5–7 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
06 - Distribute cooked chicken evenly over pasta chips. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and jalapeño slices.
07 - Return the assembled nachos to the air fryer for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Top with sour cream, cilantro, diced tomato, and red onion as desired. Serve immediately.

# Top Suggestions:

01 -
  • It uses up leftover cooked pasta or turns dried pasta into something completely new and crunchy.
  • The air fryer does all the work, no deep frying or watching oil.
  • You get to eat nachos with a fork and feel like you invented something genius.
02 -
  • Dry the pasta thoroughly after draining or it will steam in the air fryer and stay limp, I learned this the soggy way.
  • Don't skip shaking the basket halfway, the pieces on the bottom need air circulation to crisp up.
  • Assemble and serve right away, these don't hold well once the cheese is on because the chips soften fast.
03 -
  • Use a pasta shape with texture, smooth noodles don't crisp as well and the seasoning slides off.
  • If your air fryer is small, work in batches and keep the first batch warm in a low oven while you finish the rest.
  • Taste a chip before assembling, if it's not salty or flavorful enough, toss the batch with a little more seasoning while it's still warm.
