Fresh strawberries and lime blended, strained, chilled and served over ice with mint.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

→ Citrus

02 - 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2–3 limes)

→ Sweetener

03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

→ Liquid

04 - 3 cups cold water

→ Garnish (optional)

05 - Lime slices
06 - Fresh mint leaves
07 - Extra strawberries, sliced

# How To Make:

01 - Place strawberries, lime juice, sugar and 1 cup of the cold water in a blender. Purée until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
02 - Pass the purée through a fine-mesh strainer into a large pitcher, using the back of a spoon to press and extract maximum liquid; discard the pulp.
03 - Stir in the remaining 2 cups cold water until evenly combined.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity by adding more sugar or lime juice in small increments, stirring to dissolve.
05 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors, or serve immediately over ice for immediate enjoyment.
06 - Serve in glasses garnished with lime slices, mint leaves, or sliced strawberries as desired.
