# How To Make:

01 - Slice pineapple lengthwise, keeping leaves attached for presentation.
02 - Cut around the edge of one pineapple half, leaving about 1/2 inch border. Score the flesh into cubes without piercing skin, then scoop out cubes with a spoon into a large bowl.
03 - Discard core from the pineapple cubes.
04 - Add kiwi, mango, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries to the pineapple cubes in the bowl.
05 - Whisk together lime juice and honey or maple syrup in a small bowl.
06 - Drizzle dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine.
