# How To Make:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, sugar, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar completely. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, then strain through a fine mesh sieve. Allow to cool completely before use.
02 - In a shaker or large jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine guava nectar, passionfruit juice, coconut milk, and 1/4 cup of the cooled pineapple-ginger syrup. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until well blended and frothy.
03 - Divide the mixture evenly between two tall glasses filled with ice cubes.
