# What You’ll Need:

03 - 1 lemon
04 - 1 small bunch fresh raspberries (approximately 100 g)
05 - 1 small bunch red currants (optional, approximately 50 g)

→ Herbs & Flowers

06 - 1 small bunch fresh mint leaves (about 15 g)
07 - 8 to 10 unsprayed edible rose petals

→ Sweets & Decorative

08 - 1.75 ounces (50 g) dark chocolate (70% cocoa), for shavings
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
10 - 1 tablespoon edible gold or silver glitter (optional)
11 - 8 to 10 cocktail picks or skewers

# How To Make:

01 - Thinly slice the orange and lemon into rounds or half-moons. Remove pomegranate seeds and set aside.
02 - Thread a raspberry, a pomegranate seed, and a mint leaf onto each cocktail pick to create vibrant skewers. Dip each glass rim into water or citrus juice, then coat with granulated sugar for a sparkling finish. Place an edible rose petal or a few red currants on each skewer or directly on the drink surface.
03 - Use a microplane or vegetable peeler to create dark chocolate shavings and lightly sprinkle over the drinks. Optionally, dust with edible glitter to enhance the midnight sparkle.
04 - Present immediately alongside your preferred cocktails.
