# How To Make:
01 - Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to eliminate lumps.
02 - Add the hot water to the matcha and whisk with a bamboo whisk or milk frother until smooth and frothy.
03 - Warm the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until steaming without boiling, then stir in maple syrup or honey and peppermint extract.
