01 - 8 large fresh spinach leaves, washed and dried

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
06 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Vegetables

07 - 1 small carrot, julienned
08 - 1/2 small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, for garnish

# How To Make:

01 - Combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; mix until smooth.
02 - Place each spinach leaf flat on a clean surface.
03 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Top the cheese with a few strips of julienned carrot and bell pepper.
05 - Roll up each spinach leaf carefully, folding the sides inward to enclose the filling completely.
06 - Secure each wrap with a toothpick and top with a cherry tomato to resemble a holly berry.
07 - Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving for enhanced freshness.
