05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon dried dill
07 - ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped

11 - Assorted raw vegetables (carrot sticks, celery, cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
# How To Make:
01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth and well combined.
02 - Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, black pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
03 - Fold in the chopped parsley and 1 tablespoon of chives. Mix until evenly distributed.
04 - Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
05 - Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and garnish generously with additional diced chives.
